MYK Music UK & CYP Music
The majority of the music produced by MYK Music is instrumental in the style of that used as themes and incidental music for both Television and Film.
CYP Music is an established publisher having produced music for young children for over 35 years. CYP Limited's label 'Kidsmusic' (kidsmusic.co.uk) has an extensive catalogue of children's nursery rhymes, favourite songs and lullabies, available to stream or download from all major music streaming services. Kidsmusic's song videos are available on its YouTube Channel. Over the years, CYP has produced and licensed children's material for use on TV & Film.
Michael Kitson, a founder and co-director of CYP Limited, has many years experience in various aspects of the music business and an extensive knowledge of music production. He has worked closely with CYP's music producers since the creation of the Kidsmusic label during the 1980's. As well as managing all aspects of MYKMusic UK, Michael composes, arranges and produces both children's and non-children's music at his home studio in London.
MYK Music UK has been established to represent Michael's production and publication of non-children's musical works, together with material co-written and produced with composer/producer colleagues.
Michael collaborates with CYP's long established producers. New works have been created along with David Wall and more recently with Ken Bolam. Both David and Ken have much experience within the music business and write and produce their own material.
